Please follow these rules while adventuring in the Blue Land and help keep Luna online a friendly and safe place to play.

Buying Gold from Spammers – Buying gold from any non-official website is a direct violation of our Terms of Service and will result in your account being permanently banned on the first offense. Should you see any player spamming a gold selling website or using their player shop to advertise a website, please report it by submitting a support ticket (with screenshots, if possible). Do not accuse other players of selling gold or being associated with gold spammers on the forums. This is against the forum rules. Your post will be removed and you may be banned from the forums for doing this.

Selling Gold/Items/Services – Selling any in-game items or services for real world currency isn’t just against the rules, it’s illegal too. If you sell your gold, items, or characters for real life cash or any advantages in game or out, your account will be permanently banned with no questions asked.

Scamming – Remember: All trades or transactions are your responsibility. We will not restore items lost in a scam. With that in mind, make sure to always confirm the amount of gold you’re buying or selling an item for, always verify that the items being traded are the right ones, and never trade items to players asking to “try them on” or promising to enchant them for free.

However, players that go into a trade with the express intent of scamming another player will be banned. If you feel you have been the victim of a scam, please send a report along with any screenshots you may have by submitting a support ticket. Do not accuse other players of scamming you on the forums. This is against the rules. Your post will be removed and you may be banned from the forums for doing this.

Account Sharing – Sharing your account with a friend, family member, or anyone else is not allowed and will result in a 1-week ban on your first offense. Any further account sharing will result in your account being permanently banned. Account sharing is a huge security concern and can often be used to give players an unfair advantage in-game.

If you have evidence that multiple players are playing Luna Online from the same account, preferably screenshots, please submit a support ticket. Do not accuse other players of scamming you on the forums. This is against the rules. Your post will be removed and you may be banned from the forums for doing this.

Harassment – If you harass another player or group, action will be taken against your account. Depending on the severity of the act, you may be suspended or permanently banned. Harassment involves repeatedly bothering a player with inappropriate behavior or language and attempting to bypass their efforts to ignore you.

Other forms of harassment include: Threatening, insulting, abusing, disparaging, slandering, embarrassing, or performing any action which may be perceived as negative to another player, group, or Gala-Net employee.

If you feel you have been harassed by another player, please send a report (with screenshots) by submitting a support ticket so that we can investigate and take the appropriate action.

Kill Stealing – Kill stealing in and of itself is not against the rules, but kill stealing in order to harass another player or group is, and it will result in at least a 3 day ban.

If another player is following you between channels and continuing to steal your kills or verbalizes their desire to steal kills from you, please send a report with screenshots by submitting a support ticket. Do not accuse other players of kill stealing on the forums. This is against the forum rules. Your post will be removed and you may be banned from the forums for doing this.

Inappropriate Language – The in-game word filter is no excuse to use inappropriate language. Bypassing the word filter or using inappropriate language will result in a 3 day ban. Future incidents will lead to more severe penalties, up to and including a permanent ban.

Spamming – Repeatedly shouting and spamming the chat channels in the game and preventing other players from being able to chat will result in a 3 day ban, with continued offenses leading to more severe penalties, including a permanent ban.

Hacking/Botting – Any attempts to hack or crash the server, obtain other players’ passwords, or use a third party program to obtain advantages in the game will result in a permanent ban.

Exploits – Taking advantage of any flaw in Luna Online’s game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage for yourself or others will result in anything from a temporary ban to a permanent ban, depending on the severity of the incident.

Submitting a False Report – Submitting a false report of any kind is considered harassment and will result in a three day ban. False hacking reports, botting reports, or harassment reports will not be tolerated, and any additional false reports will result in your account being permanently banned.

Just because something isn’t listed here doesn’t mean you’re allowed to do it. Use common sense when playing. If get the feeling you shouldn’t be doing something, don’t do it! It doesn’t have to be listed here to be illegal or punishable.
